Never the less trust me this works. I typically use once every few weeks (too pricey to use more than that).
My hair felt stripped and very dry after one use. Doesn’t matter if they’re vegan, organic, sulfate free or whatever. I still have to use with leave in conditioner.
I am just a normal shopper. Not anymore!
Sometimes I use vinegar to strip any junk build up.
Mine looks almost exactly like the picture but the shaded areas around the circle are more grey than brown which could be just the camera that was used to take the image. Used Wen about 5 years ago.
But after a few months of using Wen, my hair is falling out by the hand full!

I spend way less time washing my hair with Wen, and don’t need a million other products to compensate for my hair feeling dry and tangled. That alone gives it a five star review. My scalp is normal. I use it as a deep conditioner and a small amount when styling my hair. Every shampoo I used - even the ones claiming to be for damaged hair seemed to make worse. I like the mostly natural ingredients and it's very rich and creamy. ConsumerAffairs is not a government agency.

Original review: Sept. 5, 2019. I get into the shower and wet my hair. This is my second purchase of this Wen product so I must like it! What if it never grows back? Disabling it will result in some disabled or missing features. Not this product. Looks like my next purchase is Rogaine! I prefer to pick and choose my own products as I need them, thank you very much. This was a brutal experience and I warn anyone DON'T USE THIS PRODUCT!!!!

I use this product as a deep moisturizer hair mask and leave in conditioner for my hair. It becomes a god-forsaken mix of dull, limp, and flyaway. I’m embarrassed to be Australian as I think the initial complaint came from here. The tingle felt good in the shower and my hair seem to be moisturized but the results don't last after the product is washed out. Enjoy reading our tips and recommendations. And they make it sound so natural and nourishing- ha! I have about 6 small bald spots. My hair is medium to thick.

Hated to leave, but the hair loss was so much, I had no choice. This Wen product has a VERY strong, artificial perfume scent that is overpowering and gave me a migraine. Awful stuff. I douibt it. I am a Women of some years with fairly brittle hair, not from coloring or treatments, just age.
This does not work like the WEN regular hair cleansing conditioner. Wen Overview Wen was first mentioned on PissedConsumer on Nov 28, 2012 and since then this brand received 1787 reviews. The scent is very nice.

I had instant results with this shampoo. I’m in Australia and we have no access to these amazing products anymore, it’s been many years and I really miss it. I will say in the past I used this product different option (Lavender) didnt get the same results.
