Unfortunately, the neighborhood overall ends up being depressing once you get to know it. The contemporary apartments feel new & large with hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances & a high-end washer & dryer in each unit (plus a commercial laundry facility on the 25th floor by the full gym & discount parking in bldg basement). I love it...love my apartment!

When I walked into the Beatrice apartment for lease, I immediately experienced the "WOW" factor! With floor to ceiling windows in every room (except bathrooms) the views are breathtaking. Beautiful amenities such as the cloud lounge lounge on the 55th floor with dramatic views of Manhattan and a state of the art gym on the 25th floor with towel service just push this apartment building into the stratosphere. The property and staff are always in impeccable form. My wife and I moved into the Beatrice last fall and it has been a wonderful experience. She is ninth in line of succession to the British throne, followed by her sister, Princess Eugenie.
