Daniel-D-L as always is terrific , without giving the plot away, suffice it to say it's a rollercoaster of unpleasant happenings interjected with bits of pleasantness. Daniel Day Lewis gives a great performance as a maniacally obsessed oil man, but it was the same character type he played the the Gangs of New York. I saw this in the theatre when it first came out and recently it's been streaming on the major channels. It is Daniel Day Lewis at his finest, and a writer/director at his finest.
