Like the Classic the wheels are pneumatic but the front wheels are slightly smaller and swivel which give slightly more mobility and a much sportier look. A breathable mattress is included inside the carrycot and the lining is soft and cosy. This means it does provide higher than average sun protection – but obviously not total protection as it’s still open at the front. One last point, the way it folds (judging by the pictures online) looks like the front of the chassis above the front wheels might scratch along the ground so it could end up looking scruffy pretty quickly. There is a handle in the centre of the hood (luxuriously covered in leatherette, of course) which is ideal for adjusting the hood and carrying the seat unit. Some of the online suppliers do have a good returns policy so might try ordering in the knowledge I can return if its not as good as it seems! Hi Andrea, thanks for your post, that's a really good point about the folding technique, will bear it in mind if I end up going with the Mee-Go! The practicality and functionality of the Milano has had the thumbs up from our Pushchair Experts so far. Sturdy, comfy and stylish. I love my Mee-go pramette! Simply clip on the extension and you’ve got an extra long handle that’s great when you’ve got an older brother or sister on a buggy board. The carrycot on many prams is usually the simplest accessory, however on the Milano it's packed with features whilst still retaining the luxury feel that the whole pram system offers. You'd not be able to use the seat unit as a carrycot for sleeping overnight (unless you kept it on the pram wheels) as it won't be rigid, it's not a proper traditional carrycot. But the flipside is that it’s solid – the bottom is hard plastic which has a side-to-side rocking motion if you set it on the floor. The hood lining has SPF30+, and it also has a SPF50+ UV zip out front section, which is quite long, and good for a sunny holiday. Anyone else sad their kids go back to school?
