After Shadow Fagin is defeated, Sitka converts Kenai into a man again, aside from the nudity. Then they run into Rutt and Tuke again, who says there was a hunter and some wolves after them, and that they should let Kenai protect them. Eventually, Kenai catches up to the bear and sees that the basket has been torn to shreds. Noticing Kenai's dark mood, Koda asks him if he had given the amulet to Nita because he loves her. He is brash and quick to anger, and often jumps headfirst into situations, causing undue problems and trouble. Kenai: (Tenana paints a nose and whiskers on his face) Excited! While helping her recover at Hokani Falls, Kenai gave Nita an amulet. An apologetic Kenai leaves to reach the mountain. He is the brother of Sitka and Kenai. Brother Bear is a remake of the famous 2003 Disney film. Though Sitka encourages Denahi to simply make another basket, Denahi insists that Kenai make the new basket, since he is always messing up their plans. When pushed, Kenai can turn nasty, making mean comments and raising his voice. He gets caught in a trap, but is freed by an outgoing bear cub named Koda. Kenai fights the bear responsible for Sitka's death. When he came of age, he was gifted with a totem, the Bear of Love, much to his disappointment. I don't care about that. (Mammoth lifts trunk up, Koda is flung into the air), (Kenai is about to jump to another platform), (Kenai jumps to other ledge, Kenai lands on ledge, and falls back), (Denahi is about to jump after Kenai on the other side of a cliff), (Denahi runs after Kenai, trips and falls to the ground), Denahi: (Jumps hard enough) DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA--OOF! With the argument behind them, the three brothers take to their canoes and paddle back to their village. The Lodge leaves the two bears alone for a while, and Kenai explains to Koda everything he did wrong. Meanwhile, Sitka takes Denahi's cloak and gives it to Kenai. Kairi is snatched by the wolves, but Biomon digiballs to Birdramon, and attacks the wolves. Don't call me a leading man. Kenai and his brothers pursue the bear, but a fight ends on top of a glacier, during which Sitka gives his life to save his brothers by dislodging the glacier, although the bear survives the fall. They use the eggs to bake an egg buffet, much to Joe's dismay. Tuke runs after trying to warn Rutt, but he refuses because he gets cramps while running while still digesting. Kenai looks on sadly as Nita burns the amulet. They think it's perfect for a bath until they realize that the geyser is contaminated and way too hot for them to handle. "[31] Kenneth Turan, reviewing for the Los Angeles Times, complimented "the richness and fluidity of its visuals" and the "satisfying ending", but derided that "Brother Bear has an appeal that can't be denied. He hunts down the bear responsible in a blind, bloodthirsty rage and does not allow the bear any chance of escape. There are some exciting moments when Kenai fights the bear and when Kenai and Koda race through a sulfurous geyser field. For example...
